◆ The product packaging must remain intact. Products without the original packaging are not eligible for return/exchange.

◆ Once an order is placed, it can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours (for changes such as phone number, name, or address).

◆ After 12 hours, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses to accept a delivery, ₹150 will be deducted as return delivery charges from the total paid amount, and the balance will be refunded.
