Returns & Replacement Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, you can report it within 48 hours of delivery.

In case you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (unboxing video/images). Once verified, we will assist you with a resolution.

Yes. Clear images/videos of the damaged jewelry along with the Zevarwali box are mandatory.

No. Our jewelry is anti-tarnish and retains its finish for a long time, provided you follow the care instructions provided with every order.

Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals. Store in a dry pouch or box to maintain shine and longevity. We also provide care instructions with each order.
