Shipping Policy


Delivery Locations: We currently ship only within India.

Delivery Timeline: Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days.

Free Shipping: Available on orders of ₹500 and above.

Shipping Charges: For orders below ₹500, a shipping fee of ₹50 applies.

Courier Delays: Zevarwali is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

Payment Policy


◆ All payments are processed via Razorpay, which offers multiple options including:

​​◇ UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

​◆ Refunds: All refunds, whether due to order cancellation or damaged product returns, are made to the original payment method.

Cancellation & Order Modifications


◆ Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp (+91 92702 23323).

◆ Order Modifications: Within the same 12-hour window, you can request changes to:

 Name, phone number, email address, and shipping address.

◇ Note: You can also request to add items in the order subject to availability.

​◆ Refusal of Delivery: If a parcel is refused at delivery, ₹150 will be deducted as a delivery/return charge, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
